DESCRIPTION:The 25th anniversary of the National Conservation Lands will be celebrated with stewardship and an opportunity for the community to help in commemorating our national monuments at a Black Sands Beach brick-laying and Shelter Cove work party on Sunday, February 23.  Hosted by Friends of the Lost Coast and BLM, volunteers are invited to lend a hand between 10a.m. to 1p.m.  A limited number of stipends are available for ages 10-17.  Meet at the Black Sands Beach parking area, 856 Beach Road in Shelter Cove.  Tools and gloves are provided.  To RSVP or register a youth, email justin@lostcoast.org ( mailto:justin@lostcoast.org ).\n
