Reward offered for shooting suspect

Police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of
a suspect in a shooting case, which reportedly occurred in Fortuna on
July 2. The victim is in stable condition. The suspect, Michael
Coen, is 28 years old and is described as a white male, about 5 feet
11 inches tall, and about 180 pounds. He has hazel eyes and close-
cut brown hair. He has several consipicuous tattoos, including red
lips on his neck, a swastika on the back of his head, and the name
Sasha on the back of his neck. His torso is also covered in
tattoos. Police say Coen and the victim knew each other and they do
not believe the shooting was a random act. If you have any
information about the case or Coen’s whereabouts, you’re asked to
call Fortuna Police at 725-7550 or the Humboldt County Sheriff’s
office at 445-7251.
