A two day event hosted by the California chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) marked the 100th anniversary of marijuana prohibition in California.The conference, held January 26 and 27, 2013 at the Ft. Mason Conference Center in San Francisco, focused on the history, causes and costs of marijuana prohibition as well as the future of marijuana reform.

Speakers included California State Senator Mark Leno, California State Assemblyman, Tom Ammiano, Dr. Larry Bedard, and a host of others. During the conference "Pioneer Freedom Fighter"awards were presented to Dennis Peron, Michelle Aldrich, Michael Aldrich, Debby Goldsberry and Gordon Brownell.

KMUD programmer, Sue Maloney attended the conference and recorded the presentations. KMUD Technical Director, Simon Frech, processed the audio and posted it for your listening enjoyment.
