H.C. Planning Commission to discuss proposed regulations for outdoor small grows this Thurs. Featured

There is no shortage of opinions in Humboldt County when it comes to proposed regulations for growing marijuana on small parcels ranging from residential lots to 5 acres. According to the California NORML website, a public hearing on an ordinance to restrict cannabis growing on parcels five acres or smaller in Humboldt County will take place this Thurs., June 19, 2014 at the Courthouse in Eureka beginning at 6 pm.  At that time members of the public will have an opportunity to express their opinions on the issue to the Planning Commission. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Links to relevant documents relating to the proposed ordinance are provided below.
