Sell out crowd at Food Emancipation speech

The following audio is a Food Emancipation speech given by Joel Salatin to a sold-out crowd of 400 people at the Sustainable Agriculture Expo at the Redwood Acres Fairgrounds on Saturday, February 26th. Joel Salatin is a farmer and lecturer who was featured in Michael Pollan's book, The Omnivore's Dilemma.
