The KMUD Board of Directors is looking for community members interested in being appointed to a three-year board term this August. From this pool of interested people, one will be chosen and seated on the board. KMUD 2007 ELECTION DATES

PROGRAMMER SEAT AND OPEN MEDIATION/GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVE SEAT


May 1 Nominations open for Programmer seat and Mediation/Grievance Committee Representative.
May 31 Nominaitons close for Programmer and Mediation/Grievance Reps.
Candidate statements must be delivered to the Office by 4pm.

June 4-5 Ballots will be mailed out for Programmer & Mediation/Grievance Committee Reps.

June 9 Programmer Meeting to listen to and communicate with the candidates.


June 30 Deadline for ballot returns. Must be postmarked no later than June 30th.
July 4-6 Count ballots, inform candidates and post results at the station.


MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE


May 29 Nominations open for Membership Rep.
June 26 Nominations close for Membership Rep.
Annual General Membership Meeting just before the Board Meeting

June 29 Candidate statements must be delivered to the KMUD Office by 4pm

July 5 & 6 Membership ballots mailed out.

July 31 Deadline for ballot return.
August 10 Count Membership ballots, inform candidates and post results at the station.

August 28 All newly elected Board Members are seated.
Appointee nominated by new Board.
