Up to $24,900 Grants for Community Organizations for Mental Health Support
The 2020-2023 Mental Health Services Act Three-Year Plan includes funding for local community organizations and agencies to develop and support Prevention and Early Intervention programs designed to reduce the impact of mental illness. This funding is available for the period April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022. Through these funds, DHHS intends to support projects that will focus on the following programs:
- Early Intervention
- Prevention
- Outreach for Increasing Recognition of Early Signs of Mental Illness
- Access and Linkage to Treatment
- Stigma and Discrimination Reduction
- Suicide Prevention
The maximum funding available for the period is $24,900.00.
