Matthew Tidwell with the National Weather Service says the clouds may hold off just enough for North Coast residents to view the lunar eclipse tonight which should reach total eclipse just before midnight. Soon after, a storm system is anticipated to bring snow to parts of Humboldt, Trinity, and Mendocino counties. Lisa Music reports.
