Community Safety and Awareness Report

KMUD and Access Humboldt are teaming up to teach audio editing this Saturday March 12th from 1 to 4pm. The class will be held at Access Humboldt Community Center on the Eureka High School Campus. To register call 476-1798.

Check out the changes taking place in our schedule. You can hear a full ½ hour of World News from Al Jazeera English from 6:30-7:00am on Mondays and at 8:30am Tuesday-Friday right after our local news. Find our morning addition of the local weather report and All Sides Now around 7:55am right before the KMUD local newscast at 8am.

Farmers Market vendors will be meeting in Garberville on March 11th at 1 pm in the social hall of the Presbyterian Church off Locust St. The meeting is open to anyone interested in becoming a vendor for the upcoming Farmers Market.

Don’t forget to change your clocks this weekend. Daylight savings time begins at 2am on Sunday March 13.
