•The Trinity County Sheriff’s Office will be testing the Reverse 911 system countywide today. If you receive one of these test calls please DO NOT call the Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Office personnel will be making phones calls to various community members to make sure the test worked.

•PG&E has announced that a new date has been selected for the Garberville planned outage.  The outage will now take place Sunday, September 25th, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.  They will be taking steps to improve and upgrade the electric system in the area before storm season, including replacing nine poles and fixing more than 2,500 feet of power lines. The outage will affect approximately 2,700 customers. Anyone affected will be notified by mail.

•Tune in tonight at 7pm for After Burn.  That’s tonight from 7 to 8pm, here, on KMUD.
