Humboldt Tenant Landlord Collaboration Living In Community Course
Hello Valued Community Member!
It is with great honor that we are able to offer the HTLC Living in Community Course in person!
This will be our first offering of the hybrid course in person and our team is excited to share a brave space to learn together as a community.
The goal of HTLC Living in community course is to teach the in’s and out’s of housing in humboldt, how to access valuable resources around housing, and ultimately, how to be a good neighbor.
The course offers participants a lifetime of skills and insights to help one succeed in renting housing, and also being a great landlord! Its goal is to bridge the gap of understanding between the two, as both sides have a story to tell!
Whether you are a tenant, landlord or community member of any age this course will help you gain new skills, insights and connections to others regarding the rental climate here in the county and how to be a good tenant and landlord. When you are done with the course, you’ll earn you Good Neighbor certificate, this can help set you apart from other tenants and landlords, showing your commitment to caring for your rental, and dedication to equity and inclusion around renting your space to others.
