One-Day Online Meditation Retreat
This Saturday we come together for a retreat!
May 14th from 10 am to 4:30 pm
online on Zoom
This is an opportunity to take your practice deeper and go into stillness.
Immersing into presence awareness for a whole day and staying in mindful awareness during different activities will bring your meditation practice to a new level.
Our time together includes guided meditations, Dharma talk, Qi Gong, mindful walking, Q&A, sutras, and instructions on mindful eating.
The schedule for this retreat is 3 sessions online:
10 am to 12 pm
1 pm to 2:30 pm
3 pm to 4:30 pm
