We Are Still Here | Artwork by Bonnie Lockhart, Meyo Marrufo, Eric Wilder
The Mendocino Art Center hosts “We Are Still Here,” an exhibit which allows for three artists from three different Pomo regions to honor the continued cultural landscape and lifeways of the Pomo people. The exhibition, showing in all three MAC galleries, features the artistry of Bonnie Lockhart (Northern Pomo/Kai Poma), Meyo Marrufo (Eastern Pomo), and Eric Wilder (Southwest Pomo/Kashaya).
Join us for free Second Saturday Gallery Receptions, May 14 and June 11, 4pm-7pm, and meet the artists. May 14, 5pm-6pm, there will be an Artist Panel, and June 11, 5pm-6pm, there will be an Artists Talk: Exploring Our Culture Through Art.
