On 9-30-2010 the Mendocino County Sheriffs Office along with
both CAMP (Campaign Against Marijuana Planting) and COMMET (County of
Mendocino Marijuana Eradication Team) assisted State and Federal Law
Enforcement Agencies in the service of five (5) search warrants and
several “Open Field Marijuana Eradication Locations” in the area of
Round Valley,Ca. This was the third day of a campaign against the
illegal profiteering of the cultivation and sales of Marijuana.

Officers served a search warrant at Mile Marker #17 on Mina
Road. A total of two hundred and twenty eight (228) Marijuana Plants
were eradicated. Approximately fifty (50) pounds of processed
Marijuana was seized. Suspects Hollon and Meyers were arrested and
booked into the Mendocino County Jail on the listed charges.

Officers served a search warrant at 33670 Mendocino Pass Road.
A total of eighty (80) Marijuana Plants were eradicated.
Approximately two (2) pounds of processed Marijuana was seized. One
(1) rifle was confiscated. Suspects Dymond and Benson were arrested
and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on the listed charges.

Officers served a search warrant at 36650 Mendocino Pass Road.
A total of fifty-seven (57) Marijuana Plants were eradicated and
approximately Twenty (20) pounds of processed Marijuana was seized.
Three (3) rifles and one (1)handgun were confiscated. Suspects
Breinberg and Multani were arrested and booked into the Mendocino
County Jail on the listed charges.

A search warrant was served at 51110 Highway 162. A total of
three hundred and eighty-seven (387) Marijuana Plants were
eradicated. A total of three guns were confiscated.

A search warrant was served at 24700 Fairbanks Road. A total
of approximately eighty (80) Marijuana Plants were eradicated.

The approximate totals for the three day operation into the
illegal profiteering of the cultivation and sales of Marijuana
included forty-two (42) physical arrests, nine (9) criminal
citations, nineteen thousand-one hundred and fifty eight (19,158)
Marijuana Plants were seized, nineteen (19) firearms were confiscated
and forty four thousand and six hundred-forty one dollars ($44,641)
in cash was seized as evidence.

Some of these investigations will continue in regards to
property ownerships,financial gain and possible criminal culpability.
