New study finds smart meters likely to be safe, but also encourages further research into non-thermal effects of radio frequency emissions
Two California State Legislators, Assembly Member Jared Huffman (Marin) and Assembly Member Bill Monning (Santa Cruz), requested the California Council of Science and Technology (CCST), a non-profit organization established in 1988, to prepare a report on the health impacts of radio frequency from "Smart Meters."
