Shelter Cove Work Party & Brick-Laying at Black Sands Beach
The 25th anniversary of the National Conservation Lands will be celebrated with stewardship and an opportunity for the community to help in commemorating our national monuments at a Black Sands Beach brick-laying and Shelter Cove work party on Sunday, February 23. Hosted by Friends of the Lost Coast and BLM, volunteers are invited to lend a hand between 10a.m. to 1p.m. A limited number of stipends are available for ages 10-17. Meet at the Black Sands Beach parking area, 856 Beach Road in Shelter Cove. Tools and gloves are provided. To RSVP or register a youth, email [email protected].
