Weekly Tai Chi Class
New weekly Tai Chi class begins Thursday, April 9th, 5 to 6:30 pm at the Dharma Center in Garberville, outdoors weather permitting. Learn the Yang Style Long Form step by step from the beginning, with warm-ups and Tai Chi walking. Tai Chi supports balance, mobility, streanght, joint health, and a calmer nervous system.
