On Sunday, September 21, cities and communities around the world will celebrate the power of clean, renewable energy. Sun Day Global Celebration will take place locally in the picnic area at Carson Park at Carson and H St. from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. In addition to live music, kids’ games, speakers and food carts, activities available include touring two fully electrified homes nearby, talking with electrification experts, and getting information about rebates and other financial incentives for buying energy-efficient appliances and transportation.
