  • – Strong winds to Very Strong Winds Tuesday night into early Wednesday.
  • – Additional moderate to heavy rain likely Tuesday through early Wednesday.
  • – Additional heavy rain and strong winds possible Wednesday night through Friday.
  • – Mountain snow above 4000 ft possible Wednesday through Friday
  • Drier weather is finally possible by the weekend.

HIGH WIND WARNING TUESDAY NIGHT

  • FLOOD WATCH UNTIL FRIDAY DECEMBER 26TH, throughout Del Norte, Humboldt, Trinity, Mendocino, and Lake Counties.There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
