Agnes J. Johnson Charter School in Weott, facing closure, looks to the community for support. A required mid-year enrollment audit caused a sharp drop in funding, placing Agnes J. Johnson Charter School in immediate crisis. Without emergency support, the school will close on February 28. The School has until February 12 to raise the funds needed to remain open through the end of this school year. Meeting this goal does not permanently save the school, but it allows the students to finish the year with stability while long-term solutions are pursued. Their Gofundme and more information can be found at KMUD(dot)ORG
