Station Manager

Want to captain the mothership?  Redwood Community Radio (RCR) seeks a manager for their KMUD station in Redway, CA.  The Station Manager supervises station staff and is responsible for managing all aspects of station operation. They also oversee contracted professional services for bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources support.  They are expected to work in collaboration and cooperation with the staff, the Board of Directors, and our dedicated volunteers.

Details

24 hours per week, with possible expansion to 32 hours
Pay range: $28-$32 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

Management experience is required.  Experience in broadcast radio station operations and knowledge of FCC regulations and other compliance requirements is highly preferred.
