AG & Providence Square off in court over emergency abortions

The California Attorney General and lawyers for Providence St. Jospeh, Eureka, squared off in court today over the hospital’s commitment to provide emergency abortion services in accordance a court-ordered stipulation and California law. KMUD news host Sigur-Bjðrn spoke to reporter Ryan Hutson who was in court to follow proceedings.
