SYNOPSIS: Expect gusty northeast winds through the afternoon, especially in higher terrain, with some gusts reaching up to 50 mph. The winds will calm down later today, leading to a lighter breeze overnight. It will stay dry and mild during the day, but the night will bring chilly temperatures.

Inland: Sunny, with a high near 62. North wind 3 to 5 mph.
Along the Coast: Patchy frost before 10am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 57. Calm wind becoming north around 6 mph in the afternoon.
TONIGHT:
Inland: Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Calm wind.
Along the Coast: Areas of frost after 4am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 35. Light east southeast wind.
Extended Forecast: Dry weather will continue for the next week with daytime temperatures staying above normal and clear skies. Nights and early mornings will be cold, with freezing temperatures possible in coastal areas this weekend and lows in the 20s to 30s in the interior valleys. Offshore winds will pick up again later this week, particularly along coastal cliffs and interior ridges, bringing a cooler and drier air mass. Be prepared for frosty mornings and bundle up if you’re heading out early!
