Along the coast, nights and mornings will bring low clouds and fog, but afternoons should clear out. By midweek, a low-pressure system moving into California will cool things down and increase clouds, with only a very slim chance of rain or an isolated thunderstorm in far southern Mendocino or Lake counties.
