CERT Training at Mateel March 7th, 8th, and 9th

Using a privately owned social media giant to communicate with the public, the Humboldt County Office of Emergency Services (OES) urged residents to prioritize safety by creating emergency plans. In its post, OES stressed that emergencies can strike without warning, and having a plan ensures you are ready to act.

And of course, Humboldt CERT is already on it. Humboldt CERT is offering an emergency preparedness training course at the Mateel March 7th, 8th & 9th. The Humboldt Community Emergency Response Team Coalition (Humboldt CERT) offers educators, individuals, neighborhood groups, and community organizations training and information to strengthen themselves and their communities to be more disaster-resilient.
