There will be a Pop-Up Food distribution today and every 1st and 3rd Thursday in Willits at 1250 Blosser Lane from 10 am until 11:30 am.
Today, the Food For People Mobile Produce Pantry will be at the Orick Elementary School in Orick between 12 noon and 2pm.
Food distribution will be occurring today and every Tuesday & Thursday at the Garberville Presbyterian Church located at 437 Maple Lane from 1030am to 12 noon.
Mendocino County residents, the Mendocino Community Food Pantry will be hosting a food distribution today, and every Thursday, from 2 to 4pm at 44831 Main Street next to the Mendocino Presbyterian Church. The Fort Bragg Food Bank will be hosting a food distribution from 4 to 6pm today at 910 north Franklin Street in Fort Bragg. For a hot meal, residents can visit the Willits Daily Bread, Monday thru Thursday for Dinner, from 5:30-6:30pm located at 58 Bush St. Willits. For info, call 459-3947. Seniors in Willits can participate in the Willits Seniors Home Meal Delivery program, Monday through Friday. Contact 459-6826 if you’d like information on this program. Additionally, the Anderson Valley Senior Center has hot meals available for dinner today at the Veterans Hall in Booneville. For details, call 895-3609.
The Northern California Community Blood Bank’s blood mobile will be at Eureka City Hall located at 531 K Street from 10 am to 4 pm, and at United Indian Health Services located at 434 7th Street in Eureka from 11 am until 4 pm. CAL FIRE has lifted the requirement for residents in the state responsibility area to obtain a CAL FIRE burn permit, however, an air quality air permit is required year round to avoid receiving a violation.
Today, Thursday, December 19th IS A NO BURN DAY in Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity counties.
