Mendocino County residents can receive food assistance today at the Fort Bragg Food Bank from 12 noon to 3pm today at 910 north Franklin Street in Fort Bragg.
For a hot meal, residents can visit the Willits Daily Bread, Monday thru Thursday for Dinner, from 5:30-6:30pm located at 58 Bush St. Willits. For info, call 459-3947. Seniors in Willits can participate in the Willits Seniors Home Meal Delivery program, Monday through Friday. Contact 459-6826 if you’d like information on this program.
The Mendocino Food and Nutrition Program will be hosting a drive-thru pop up for fresh, premade food distribution in Leggett tomorrow at 65100 Drive Thru Tree Road from 12 noon to 1 pm. Swing by for a delicious premade meal.
Tomorrow, and every Tuesday between noon and 3 pm, you can recharge at the Redway Baptist Church. For those living without a home, Bridging the Gap Ministries will welcome you for a hot meal, electronics recharging, clothing, and, as needed, there’s limited outdoor living supplies available. Get recharged every Tuesday, that’s tomorrow, from noon to 3pm at the Redway Baptist Church at 1055 Redway Drive. The Northern California Community Blood Bank’s blood mobile is at Cal Poly Humboldt at 1 Harpst Street in Arcata from 12 noon till 5 pm. And as always, the blood bank is open Monday thru Friday, located at 2524 Harrison Avenue in Eureka. To schedule an appointment to donate, visit nccbb.net

Tomorrow join Patricia with her guest, Jen Luria of Block and Tackle Design on Tuesday morning at 9am. Jen’s specialties include Brand Development, Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Content Creation, and Marketing. She will be meeting with KMUD staff to assist the station in developing a style guide and brand refresh, with a little help from the KMUD community.

CAL FIRE has lifted the requirement for residents in the state responsibility area to obtain a CAL FIRE burn permit, however, an air quality air permit is required year-round to avoid receiving a violation.
Today, Monday, December 2nd IS A NO BURN DAY in Humboldt, Del Norte, Mendocino, and Trinity counties.
