The Food For People Mobile Produce Pantry will be in Hoopa today at the Hupa Shopping Center from 12 noon until 2 pm.
Food distribution will be occurring today and every Tuesday & Thursday at the Garberville Presbyterian Church located at 437 Maple Lane from 1030am to 12 noon.
The Mendo Food Network will be hosting a Thanksgiving Pop-Up at 300 Cahto
Drive in Laytonville today, November 26th from 12 noon until 2 pm. Free, fresh
food for all. Due to the holiday, the pop up on Thursday the 28th has been canceled.

Today, and every Tuesday, between noon and 3 pm, you can recharge at the Redway Baptist Church. For those living without a home, Bridging the Gap Ministries will welcome you for a hot meal, electronics recharging, warm clothing, and, as needed, there’s limited outdoor living supplies available. Get recharged every Tuesday, that’s today from noon to 3pm at the Redway Baptist Church at 1055 Redway Drive. If you have donations of food or warm coats to offer or need additional information call 707-223-1560
The Northern California Community Blood Bank’s blood mobile will be at Rohnerville Park located at 9 Park Street in Fortuna from 11 am to 4 pm, and at Safeway located at 475 M Street in Crescent City from 1 to 6 pm. And as always, individuals can donate at the blood bank daily, Monday thru Friday, located at 2524 Harrison Avenue in Eureka. To schedule an appointment, visit nccbb.net
Mendocino County residents, the Round Valley Food Pantry has a food distribution today from 12 noon to 2 pm at 23925 Howard Street in Covelo at the Library Building. For information, call 472-2601. For a hot meal, residents can visit Willits Daily Bread, Monday thru Thursday for Dinner, from 5:30-6:30pm located at 58 Bush St. Willits. For info, call 459-3947. Additionally, the Anderson Valley Senior Center has hot meals available for dinner today at the Veterans Hall in Booneville. For details, call 895-3609. Seniors in Willits can participate in the Willits Seniors Home Meal Delivery program, Monday through Friday. Contact 459-6826 if you’d like information on this program.

CAL FIRE has lifted the requirement for residents in the state responsibility area to obtain a CAL FIRE burn permit, however, an air quality air permit is required year round to avoid receiving a violation.
Provided you have a valid air quality burn permit, Tuesday, November 26th IS a permissive burn day in Humboldt, Del Norte, Mendocino, and Trinity counties.
