CAL FIRE has lifted the burn suspension, but fire season designation is still in effect. Residents in state responsibility areas must also obtain a Cal Fire burn permit. Year round, you still must have an air quality burn permit to avoid receiving a violation. Provided you have a valid air quality burn permit, Monday, November 4th IS a permissive burn day in Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity, and Mendocino counties. Please refer to your air quality, burn permit for burn hours and restrictions.
