Creative Space artists meet every Saturday morning in the library conference room from 10:30 until noon to work on the monthly art project.  February’s project will be creating “stained glass” windows using no stains and no glass!  Instead we’ll be fashioning these translucent windows out of tissue paper and wax paper.  Warning:  there will be ironing involved.  Join us for a relaxed creative morning.  There is always a pot of fresh coffee going and usually some snacks involved. All materials are provided by the Friends of the Garberville Library , so just bring in yourself and a creative mindset.

The Page Turners Book Group will be meeting Thursday, February 20th in the Garberville  Library conference room to discuss the February book pick, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain (aka Samuel Clemens).  Float down the Mississippi on a raft with Huck, Jim and a chorus of characters.    Written in 1885, this book is an American classic.  The Club meets from 5:30 to 7:30 and asks that members bring a potluck dish to share.

Tired of putting together the same old puzzles?  Bag them up and bring them to the Puzzle Swap, held here in the Garberville  Library conference room  on Saturday , February 22nd from 2:00 until 4:00. Join other puzzle enthusiasts and go home with some new puzzles to sharpen your puzzling skills.  This is open to puzzlers of every age, so come join them.
