License Plate Readers Rejected in Eureka

Despite their support of Chief Brian Stephens, and the recognition of the importance of keeping Eureka safe from crime, national events loomed large over the deliberations as Eureka’s City Council voted unanimously to reject a proposal for the EPD to use automated license plate readers.
