Charges remain undetermined in the Centerville Road fatality in which an unnamed driver put two children, ages 3 and 5, on the back of a flatbed truck outside Ferndale December 29th. The worst occurred and one boy fell and died. We called CHP in Arcata and Public Information Officer Paul Craft said the determination to file charges has not been made.
