Mendo Cannabis Permit Renewal Reminder

It is imperative that all Cannabis Cultivation Business Licenses (“CCBL”) holders know their licensing expiration date and apply for a renewal in a timely manner with the Department. Mendocino Cannabis Department (“MCD”) is unable to allow CCBL holders to operate in an “expired” status. Accela will send automated “About to Expire” notification requests at 90/60/30 days as a courtesy reminder. If CCBL holders do not submit a renewal application and payment in full prior to their expiration date, applicants will lose local authorization and will be required to appeal the “Non-renewal” of their CCBL and pay the applicable fee of $1,815.00 to the Department in order to remain in program.
