Parent Cafe at Beginnings

Changing Tides will be hosting a Parent Cafe and resource night on May 22 from 5:30-7:30pm. This event is free and dinner and childcare will be provided. At the Octagon at Beginnings. We will be discussing the importance of limiting screen-time and increasing family-centered activities for bonding and quality time. Registration is required; call 707-444-8293 to register.
