A weak weather system on Friday could bring a few clouds or light sprinkles to far northern areas like Del Norte County, along with breezy conditions near coastal headlands. Cooler air is expected this weekend, possibly bringing freezing temperatures to lower elevations, including some coastal areas. Overall, high pressure is expected to keep things mostly dry and calm into early next week.
