Inland valleys, like Ukiah and Lake County, will see temperatures in the 60s to low 70s during the day, while narrower valleys might stay cooler due to inversions and cloud cover. Breezy northerly winds could pick up Friday and linger through the weekend, especially near coastal headlands and higher elevations. Behind the system, colder air could lead to freezing or near-freezing temperatures across the region, including coastal areas, by this weekend. High pressure is expected to rebuild next week, keeping the dry trend in place.
