Along the Coast: Rain likely before 10pm, then rain likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 10pm and 1am, then a chance of rain and thunderstorms after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38. Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Extended Forecast: Rain showers will linger through Thursday morning, followed by blustery northwest winds in the afternoon and evening, with gusts up to 40 mph along the coast and higher elevations. By Friday morning, temperatures will drop significantly, with some areas near or below freezing—even along the coast, where lows may reach the mid-30s. Dry weather is expected Friday and through the weekend, providing a break from the rain. However, another storm system is likely to arrive early next week, bringing more rain, mountain snow, and gusty winds, though the exact timing and intensity remain uncertain.
