Rainfall could reach 1-3 inches, with up to 3.5 inches possible in parts of Del Norte, though flooding is not anticipated due to current low river levels. Wind gusts are likely to exceed 50 mph, especially near Crescent City and exposed coastal headlands, with some higher ridges possibly seeing 55-60 mph gusts. Snow levels are expected to drop to 4,500 feet, bringing snow to higher mountain passes in northeastern Trinity County.
