Ard Ri Celtic Fair

Combining traditional Irish and original tunes, the Black Irish Band brings their unique musical style to the Ard Ri Celtic Fair on Saturday, May 18,2024, at the Trinidad Town Hall. This celebration of Celtic music and culture will also feature local musicians Good Company, Vanishing Pints and the Humboldt Highlanders Pipe Band and more. The Ard-Ri or High King is a rendition of the Irish Puck Fair in which a goat is crowned King, and is an all-Celtic celebration of Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Cornish, Breton, Galician and Manx heritage. This is a family friendly event with many kids’ activities, craft vendors, Celtic foods, and beer. Events start at 10:30 am, with live music and dancers continuing all day. Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for teens, and 10 and under free. Wildberries in Arcata will be selling advance tickets with a $1 discount.
