New Orleans Jazz Fest on KMUD

It is with great excitement that we are able to offer you a simulcast of WWOZ‘s live broadcast the 2024 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival Presented by Shell, airing from April 25 through 29.

Along with the live performances, the simulcast will feature conversations with WWOZ’s award-winning show hosts, exclusive interviews with artists, and archival recordings of highlights from Jazz Fest history.

WWOZ will be filling our live broadcast with performances from the Blues Tent, the WWOZ Jazz Tent, the Jazz & Heritage Stage, the Economy Hall Tent, the Sheraton New Orleans Fais Do-Do Stage, and the Gospel Tent. Jazz Fest coverage spans a wide range of musical genres – traditional jazz, swing, big band, modern jazz, contemporary jazz, blues, gospel, and of course, New Orleans brass bands and Mardi Gras Indian music. If you’re unfamiliar with the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, this broadcast is a great introduction! Below is the line-up.
