Escaped inmate surrenders to police

According to information received by KMUD News:

John Edwin Cochran, the inmate who walked away from the Cal-Trans work crew yesterday (12/6/11) afternoon, reportedly walked into the Humboldt County Jail on Tues.night and turned himself over to police just hours after he fled from the the work crew.
